How to Enter:
Click on the link below and fill in our submission form. Please include as much detail as possible, especially on your career aspirations as it will help us understand what work experience will be best for you! Also to note, we do not require you to be attending or have attended university, just that you have a desire to pursue a career in the creative industry.

About Kickers Collective
As part of our Kickers Presents platform, we want to put the spotlight on you and support you in your career ambitions and development. To do this, we’re looking for representatives to be part of the Kickers Collective and are going to be running a UK wide competition to find them!
The Kickers Collective is an ambassador programme which aims to help remove barriers to entry into the creative industry. Our representatives will get a week long paid work experience with the Kickers team, where we will tailor their work experience to their interest and help unlock further networking opportunities. As well as this, we will also help them build their professional portfolio by commissioning live briefs to create content which will be published across our online and social channels.
For the Kickers Collective, we have picked 5 cities that span across mainland UK, where each of our chosen individuals will representing one of these 5 cities: Brighton, London, Glasgow, Bristol and Manchester. And no worries if you are not currently living or are from any of these cities specifically, just pick the closest to you!
Competition Overview
Stage 1: Top 5 Finalist for Each City
Entry Dates: 9am 20th May – 11.59pm 5th June
Top 5 Finalists for Each City Announced on @kickersuk IG stories: 5pm 10th June
The 1st Stage of the Kickers Collective competition will be to find the Top 5 Kickers Collective Representatives per city. These nominees will be selected by the Kickers team from all the entrees submitted in the ‘how to enter’ section outlined above. The nominees will win a finalist prize of:
1x Pair of Kickers of their choice*
1x Kickers Classics Clothing of their choice*
Stage 2: The Final 5
Content Submission Time: 9am 20th June- 5pm 10th July
Final 5 Winners Announced on @kickersuk IG stories: 5pm 15th July
For the final stage of the competition, the Top 5 finalists for each city will create a piece of social content, in their own style, with their new Kicks and Kickers Clothing. Once all the nominees’ final pieces of social content are uploaded and tagged @kickersuk on either IG or TikTok, we will run a vote on our IG Stories @kickersuk for you to decide who will become the Kickers Collective representative for each of our chosen cities.
This vote will take place at 9am on the 13th July and will be closed at 9am on the 14th July. Then, following the public vote, the Kickers Collective Representative for each city will be announced at 5pm on the 15th July on our IG & TikTok social channels.
The Final Prize:
- 1 Week Paid Work Experience, tailored to your interests with the Kickers Head office team and opportunities to shadow our PR & Talent agencies. This will take place at our Finchley, London Office.
- 3 x Head-to-Toe Gifting Boxes (Shoes & Clothing) as well as 3 x Paid Brand Content Briefs. These content briefs will allow winners to create content that will be published & tagged across the Kickers Instagram & TikTok channels. These briefs can be done at home/ remotely, there is no requirement to come to London to create content.
