Disappointed
1The purchasing process was quick and easy, so can't fault customer service. However - I'm very disappointed to note that despite only having had the shoes since October, these 'leather' shoes have sections on the panels and tongus that are peeling away to reveal that perhaps there is the very thinnest veneer of leather on a manmade backing. By contrast, Clarks shoes that were worn every day for the best part of 6 months were damaged only by scuff marks. I'd switched to Kickers as the price point was comparable to Clarks (if not more expensive), and I therefore expected the same quality. I now feel like a bit of a mug as it seems that in fact, despite the pricepoint, the shoes are in fact a much lower quality.
