Really Disappointed
I wish I had read the latest reviews before purchasing these as we have had similar issues to the previous two reviews. We bought these in March and very quickly threads were coming loose and made the shoes look tatty. By the summer holidays the thin leather was peeling off. When you look at the soles and insoles you can tell these shoes haven’t been worn excessively, but Kickers have told me the product is not faulty and instead this is deemed normal wear and tear. I have therefore decided to stop buying Kickers as school shoes and try other brands.Â

Disappointed
The purchasing process was quick and easy, so can't fault customer service. However - I'm very disappointed to note that despite only having had the shoes since October, these 'leather' shoes have sections on the panels and tongus that are peeling away to reveal that perhaps there is the very thinnest veneer of leather on a manmade backing. By contrast, Clarks shoes that were worn every day for the best part of 6 months were damaged only by scuff marks. I'd switched to Kickers as the price point was comparable to Clarks (if not more expensive), and I therefore expected the same quality. I now feel like a bit of a mug as it seems that in fact, despite the pricepoint, the shoes are in fact a much lower quality.

Service great..just not value for money when you spend £40 on shoes you dont expect stitching to me coming out after 2 days wear.
