4Ordering was fine, nice & easy. Paid for the quicker delivery but it took longer than I expected as the estimated time for delivery doesn't include how long it took to get them out the warehouse. I think it was 2 or 3 days before they even got dispatched.

5Very positive. I contacted customer services as the online sizing guide was not working, they sent an email back very promptly asking for measurements in order that they could tell me the right size to purchase (to which I never replied, my apologies). I went back on the site several weeks later and the online size guide fault had been rectified and was very accurate as the shoes are a perfect fit! Thank you.
