1It looks very smart and appears to be durableCaused such discomfort and caused blisters, my son had to take off the shoes during break times to relief his feet from the pain he was having from wearing the shoes, despite the shoes being his right size and fit, it requires softer inner materials to provide the all important comfort considering these are school shoes and will be worn for long hours.I felt very disappointed by the reply I was sent from customer services, their advise was to spend further money on products that might make the shoes more comfortable, appalling advice despite me mentioning that the information provided on the shoe description was misleading as it stated the shoes were designed for comfort, had I known it was anything but I would never have bought these shoes considering they were for school use and needed to be comfortable since they'll be worn throughout the day. I felt as a customer I wasn't valued at all. After all if your selling any product you need to meet the needs of the customers and if any issues arise I'm expecting retailers to help solve the issue if it's related to any of their products. This purchase was a total waste of money especially now that I'm having to buy my son another pair of school shoes from a more trusted brand and retailer this time.
