Terms & Conditions

1. Your account

It’s up to you to ensure the confidentiality of your personal information and to restrict access to your computer to prevent unauthorised access (in other words: don’t let others access your computer, passwords and personal information without your say-so.)

Please always ensure that the details you provide us with are correct and complete, and let us know immediately if you change any of the information you provided at registration.

We can only sell products to individuals who can purchase with a credit card/debit card.

The law says that if you are under 16, your parent or guardian should be with you while shopping online with us.

We reserve the right to refuse access to this website, close accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our discretion. If for any reason we cancel an order, you will not have to pay for these items.

2. Privacy

We will never pass on your personal, credit or debit card details to any third party. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy, (where we explain in full how we keep your personal details safe, and how we use your information).

3. Our contract

When you place an order with kickers.co.uk (which represents an offer to us to purchase a product), we will send you a confirmation email with details of your order (this shows we have accepted the order). Acceptance is complete once all our security checks have been finalised and your payment has been approved.

You are therefore seeking to enter into a contract with Kickers when you place an order. This contract becomes legally binding once you have placed an order; your order has been accepted by us; we have sent you the confirmation email; and your payment has been approved as above.

Products remain the property of Kickers until full payment has been made by you and received by us.
In the event of a typographical or technological error that results in incorrect prices being published on this website, we reserve the right to correct the error and to charge you the correct price. Before we do, we will notify you of the mistake and will offer you the opportunity of a full refund.

Kickers reserves the right to hold any orders prior to shipping for security review. We can only ship to the following European countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Guernsey, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Jersey, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey and the United Kingdom.

In the event that an order is placed for delivery to a location outside of these countries, the order will be cancelled and a refund processed. Sorry to those of you outside the listed areas!

4. Deliveries

We aim to deliver your purchases within 30 days of receipt of your order confirmation email. Please click here to view our delivery details and charges (if applicable).

If you have received your order confirmation email but your products have not arrived within the specified time, please contact us and we will do our best to help. Note that during exceptionally busy periods (e.g. Christmas) or when the weather is particularly severe, deliveries may be subject to delay, so we appreciate you waiting an extra day or two before getting in touch.

If your order has not been received within our specified timescales, as set out below, in the first instance please check with your local mail delivery office to check that they are not holding your parcel. If they confirm that they do not have your products, then contact us and we will do our best to assist and help you track down your delivery.

Please note, the risk of loss for purchased products passes to you once we deliver to the courier company.

5. Returns

You can only return Kickers products that have been purchased on kickers.co.uk. If you purchased your Kickers products at a retail store or from another website, then these items must be returned to the original store or site where you bought them from.

If for any reason you are not happy with your Kickers products, please follow our Returns Procedure. Kickers reserves the right to reject the return of products which are not returned in accordance with our Returns Procedure, and we may request that you pay for the shipping of such goods back to you. Our Returns Procedure does not affect your legal statutory rights.

Our Returns Procedure

A. Returns

We hope that you’re happy with your Kickers, however if you change your mind about anything it’s simple to arrange a return of new and unused products within 45 days from the date you received your order. Please note: your right to return products is separate from your statutory right to cancel your order under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013(see below).

Delivery Costs

a) For UK returns and exchanges, Kickers offers free returns, so we cover the cost of the return postage. Please note that this offer does not apply to returns or exchanges from outside the UK. If you are returning goods from outside the UK, you are responsible for the cost of shipping.

b) Kickers will pay the cost of shipping exchanged goods back to you, using our standard shipping service and standard shipping service rate.

c) Unfortunately, we cannot refund the original delivery charge in the case of returns (except in the case of faulty items).

Please note: you will also be reimbursed the original delivery charge if you exercise your statutory right to cancel your entire order within fourteen working days, beginning after the day of receipt of the goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 – see the Statutory Right to Cancel below.

This Returns Procedure does not affect your statutory right to cancel or any of your other statutory rights.

B. Statutory Right to Cancel
In addition to our Returns Procedure, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you also have fourteen working days (beginning the day after you receive the goods) to cancel your purchased order.

Delivery Costs

a) Where you exercise your statutory right to cancel, we will provide a full refund on the price paid for the goods. If you have cancelled your entire order, we will also refund your original delivery charge. If you only cancel part of your order and return only some of the goods delivered to you, delivery charges will not be refunded. This is because the delivery charge is normally the same regardless of the number of items delivered and, if you keep part of your order, the delivery charge still applies to the part that you retained.

b) Where you fail to return the product(s) in question or you send them at our expense, or if our appointed courier collects the goods from you, we reserve the right to charge you for the direct costs incurred by us in collecting or returning the goods (other than where the goods have been sent to you in error or where such goods are faulty in which case, such costs shall be at our expense).

Where you exercise your right to cancel within fourteen working days, you should return the items to us as soon as reasonably practicable. Please note: if we have provided any services as part of the purchase (e.g. products made to order or gift wrapping) and we have begun to provide these services before you haveexercised your right to cancel, we won’t reimburse the costs of such services.

How do I exercise my statutory right to cancel?
In order to exercise your right to cancel, please:

a) send an email to customerservice@kickers.co.uk; or

b) write to us at our address at the end of these terms;making it clear in your correspondence that you are giving notice to exercise your statutory right to cancel.

Your email or letter will be deemed to have been received by us on the date you send it (provided it is sent to the correct address and it is sufficiently clear that you are exercising your right to cancel). Please try to keep the confirmation of any letter or email to demonstrate the date when you sent it.

C. Conditions for All Returns or Statutory Right to Cancel

All goods must be returned to us unused, together with all original packaging, and must have any swing tickets or labels still attached (please note you have a duty to take reasonable care of returned goods and any refund may be withheld or a charge incurred if you fail to take such care and the goods become damaged as a result). Please make sure that your return package is packed and sealed securely (in or with the original packaging if possible).

With your Kickers delivery, you received a dispatch note, returns form and self-adhesive returns address label. Fill out your returns form as instructed, include the completed returns form in the package and attach the label to the outside of the parcel, then post it back to us. If you don’t have your returns form, please write your personal contact details, order number and reason for returning the product(s) onto a sheet of paper and include this within the package. If you have misplaced your dispatch note or self-adhesive returns address label, please email the Customer Service team on customerservice@kickers.co.uk.

Please do not return items to our head office address in Finchley, London as all returns are processed at our warehouse in the North West of England. If you return items to our head office address, your return may be delayed.

We will refund the cost of the goods and the cost of the delivery charges (where applicable) to the card or account used to originally place your order. This will be done within 14 days of receipt of your order or of your notice of your statutory right to cancel.


If there are any discrepancies with your order or if your goods are faulty, you must notify us as soon as possible. If you received the incorrect goods then please do accept our apologies. Please follow the returns procedure on receipt of your order. Any replacements will be sent to you at no extra cost to you.

Please allow up to 30 days for your refund to be processed.

6. Feedback and Complaints Policy

Here at Kickers, we're proud of the products we manufacture and the services which we provide. If you have a complaint, we want to put things right as quickly as possible. Please speak to a member of our customer service team who will be happy to assist. 

If you would like to make a formal complaint, please contact us via our online form below, or email customerservice@kickers.co.uk  marking your email 'Complaint.'

We acknowledge all complaints and aim to provide a response within seven (7) working days. 

Any contact directed to individuals or departments within Kickers will be referred to our Customer Services team and will be resolved via our complaint handling process.

7. Pricing and Availability

All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling and are inclusive of VAT, unless otherwise specified. All item prices are exclusive of delivery charges. Standard delivery to Europe is charged at £6.95. We list product availability information on each product information page. Beyond what we say on that page or elsewhere on kickers.co.uk, we cannot be more specific about availability.

Please note that shipping dates are estimates only. Unless otherwise stated, dispatch dates are not guaranteed. As we process your order, we will inform you by email if any products you order are subsequently found to be unavailable.

Despite our best efforts, a small number of the products on kickers.co.uk may be mis-priced. If a product's correct price is lower than our stated price, we will only charge you this lower amount and send you the product. If the correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping the products or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

8. Customs

When ordering products from kickers.co.uk for delivery overseas you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. You will have to cover any additional charges for customs clearance, as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact the local customs office for further information. Additionally, please note that when ordering from kickers.co.uk, you are considered the importer of record (the person that customs regard as responsible for duty, fees, fines or penalties) and so you must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.

If you choose not to pay the applicable customs charges, Kickers will refund you for any goods returned to it in a resalable condition less any charges it incurs as a result. If, however, you do not elect to return the goods to Kickers, it is possible that Customs will not release the goods and Kickers will not be able to process a refund.

International customers and customers dispatching products internationally should be aware that cross-border deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

This website is provided by Kickers on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Kickers makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of kickers.co.uk or the information, content, materials or products included on this website. It is expressly agreed by you that your use of kickers.co.uk is at your sole risk.

Kickers disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of saleability and fit for purpose, to the fullest extent permissible by applicable law. Kickers does not warrant that kickers.co.uk, its servers, or emails from us are free of viruses or other harmful components. Kickers will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of kickers.co.uk, including, but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

Laws of certain countries or states do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. If these laws apply to you, some or all of the above disclaimers, exclusions, or limitations may not apply to you, and you might have additional rights.

10. Electronic Communications

When you visit kickers.co.uk or send emails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. We will communicate with you by email or by posting notices on our website. For contractual purposes, you consent to receive communications from us electronically and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.

11. Disputes

Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to kickers.co.uk or to products you purchase on kickers.co.uk, may be submitted to the courts of England and Wales, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate Kickers’ intellectual property rights, Kickers may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any court in any country in the world, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.We are under a legal obligation to notify you that certain disputes can be settled by Alternative Dispute Resolution. The approved body to resolve disputes via ADR in our industry is The Retail Ombudsman. If you are in the EU, you can also find an approved ADR provider in your country http://ec.europa.eu/odr . However, please note that settling disputes via ADR is not mandatory and, as we have not elected to resolve our disputes via ADR, ADR is not available to you as a means to settle this matter.

12. Alteration of Service or Amendments to the Conditions

Please note that these Terms and Conditions of use and shopping on kickers.co.uk can potentially change at any time. We therefore reserve the right to make changes to our website, policies, and these Terms and Conditions of Sale, whenever we feel necessary.

Your use of kickers.co.uk and your orders will be subject to the policies and Terms and Conditions of Sale in force at the time you use the website, or when you order products from us, unless any change to those policies or these conditions is required to be made by law or government authority (in which case it will apply to orders previously placed by you). If any of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions of Sale are deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining conditions.

13. Events Beyond our Reasonable Control

Kickers will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause that is beyond our reasonable control. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.

If you breach these Terms and Conditions and we take no action, we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies in any other situation where you breach these conditions.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Your use of kickers.co.uk, any products you have purchased from kickers.co.uk, and these conditions will be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of England and Wales and will be deemed to have occurred in England. You agree, as we do, to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Your statutory rights are not affected by these Terms and Conditions of Sale.
