My daughter wore the...
1My daughter wore the shoes for 4 days at school. The strap snapped off. When emailing customer service with photos of the shoes that are not fit for purpose I was told I had to send them back for them to decide if if was a manufacturing fault. Meanwhile my daughter is wearing her trainers to school which is against uniform policy! When explaining this, and explaining that I have a newborn baby so could not get to the post office until Monday I was told this was not their problem. Terrible terrible customer service.
