Your order

Once we receive your online order, we’ll carefully package your Kickers and send them out via your preferred delivery method – see below for the available options and estimated times. We’ll also send an email as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse.

If at any time you have a query about your order, please contact our Customer Service team on +44 (0) 1254 277231 between the hours of 8am and 8pm (UK time) Monday to Friday, excluding UK Bank Holidays. They’ll be happy to help.

Delivery services

We know how eager you’ll be to get your Kickers after placing an order – so our delivery services are designed to offer speed and flexibility at the best price for you. There’s a range of options, depending on your location:

UK Standard Delivery - FREE

(Includes UK Mainland, Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands but excluding Channel Islands)

We aim to deliver your order within five working days. Deliveries usually take place Monday to Friday (excluding UK Bank Holidays), though they may in some instances take place on a Saturday, depending on your local sorting office.

Please note that a signature will be required on receipt (if you’re not in, the courier will leave a card with details about re-delivery or collection).

We deliver to serving British Forces personnel. Simply follow this format when entering delivery information for your order:

Service number; Rank; Recipient name
Unit/Regiment
Operation name
BFPO number

For example:

UK Express Delivery - FREE (SATURDAY DELIVERY AVAILABLE) 

(UK Mainland Only)

If you order before 9.00pm Monday to Friday (excluding UK Bank Holidays), your items will be delivered the following day. If your order is placed after 9.00pm on Friday, your order will arrive on Tuesday. We’ll send an email on the scheduled delivery day to let you know what time to expect your parcel.

Please note that a signature will be required on receipt (if you’re not in, the courier will leave a card with details about re-delivery or collection). Deliveries take place Monday to Saturday (excluding UK Bank Holidays). Orders placed by 9pm on Friday will be delivered on Saturday at no additional cost.

CollectPlus Standard Delivery UK £3.95

Your order will be available to collect from your nominated collection location within 2-3 working days.

Deliveries to your nominated collection point are made Mondays to Saturdays (except Bank Holidays).

We’ll give you a choice between delivery and collection at checkout. If a CollectPlus location is easiest for you, please select ‘collection’ and enter your postcode. You’ll be shown your nearest CollectPlus locations; choose your preferred CollectPlus collection point and proceed with your order.

You'll receive an email and text message when your order is ready for collection. 

Present your email/text and a form of ID to collect your item.

Please note that CollectPlus order can be returned for a refund only, orders cannot be exchanged.  

EU Standard Delivery at £6.95

(Includes Channel Islands)

We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 24 hours, and aim to deliver your order within seven working days. Deliveries usually take place Monday to Friday (excluding UK Bank Holidays)

Prices shown are inclusive of UK VAT. VAT will be deducted if the delivery address is outside the EU.

Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country.  Kickers is not responsible for any additional charges for customs clearance, and our customers may pay for these in full. Kickers has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies may vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information. Delivery times may vary due to circumstances beyond our control. If you choose not to pay the applicable customs charges, Kickers will refund you for any goods returned to it in a resalable condition less any charges it incurs as a result. If, however, you do not elect to return the goods to Kickers, it is possible that Customs will not release the goods and Kickers will not be able to process a refund.

EU Express Delivery at £9.95

(Includes Channel Islands)

World Standard Delivery at £12.95

Please note available countries include USA, Canada, Indonesia, Malaysia, Australia, New Zealand and Jamaica. Delivery takes between 7 and 15 working days.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours, however please allow up to seven working days for delivery. Prices shown are inclusive of UK VAT.
