Delivery

UK Express Delivery £4.95 available on orders placed before 1pm Monday-Friday. We aim to deliver the next working day.

UK Standard FREE We aim to deliver within 3 - 5 working days. UK Standard includes Mainland UK, Northern Ireland and Scottish Highlands.

CollectPlus Standard Delivery UK £3.95 Your order will be available to collect from your nominated collection location within 2-3 working days.

EU Delivery update

Our EU & Worldwide delivery services are now back up and running.

EU Standard Delivery £6.95 (Includes Channel Islands) We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours, and aim to delvery your order within 8-10 working days.  Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country, 

EU Express Delivery £12.00 (Includes Channel Islands) We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours, and aim to deliver your order within three working days. Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country.

World Standard Delivery £12.95 includes USA, Canada, Indonesia, Malaysia, Australia, New Zealand and Jamaica. Delivery takes between 8 and 15 working days.

Returns

We offer easy exchanges and returns - including free return postage from UK customers. Simply send back any items to us in their original condition with the original packaging and all product labels attached, and our Customer Service team will do the rest.

Extended Returns Policy - 60 Days

Please note that CollectPlus order can be returned for a refund only, orders cannot be exchanged.
