2The quality of the shoes has drastically gone down hill. I had to check that they were genuine. They seem much narrower too. I bought these as a much wanted gift, so I will just have to hope and pray that the recipient isn't as disappointed as me.Cheap looking, thin leather. Narrower than they used to be. I didn't read any reviews as I presumed that such an established brand would maintain the quality of their products.

4Boots were great but unfortunately, had to be returned.I returned the boots nearly 3 weeks ago as I already had a similar pair & I have not received confirmation or a refund to date which I think is terrible customer service.
