Security first

When you shop online at, your browser will go into 'secure mode' as soon as you access the 'Checkout' or 'Sign in/Register' pages. You can tell when a page is secure as 'https' will replace the 'http' at the front of the in your browser address window. A small locked padlock will also appear in the bottom bar of your browser window – this can be clicked (or double-clicked) to see further details about this site’s security. In 'secure mode', all of your details are encrypted. This creates billions of code combinations to protect each transaction made on, so your card details can’t be viewed by anyone else using the Internet. During payment, we’ll also ask for your card signature code and billing address as additional security checks.

Protecting your details

We do not store any credit/debit card payment details. Once you’ve entered your payment details into we’ll use them for the transaction they’ve been entered for and that transaction only. We’ll endeavour to protect your personal details from cyber-attacks and hacking, and will not sell your name, address, e-mail address, credit/debit card information or personal information to any third party without your permission.

What you can do

If you choose, or you’re provided with, a user identification code, password or any other piece of information as part of our security procedures, you must treat it as confidential, and you mustn’t disclose it to anyone else. When choosing a new password, it’s worth keeping in mind these simple tips about online security: choose a unique password for your account (not one you’ve used for other web accounts), and try a mix of letters, symbols and numbers to make it more difficult to guess.
