37% of music venues have closed over the past 4 years, with 125 closing in 2023 alone. The future of live music is truly at risk. It’s time someone stood up - we’ve teamed up with Save Our Scene UK to bring you STOMPING GROUNDS. A series of live events up and down the UK where we’ll be fighting hard to keep these venues which are the fabric of the UK music scene, alive and kicking!
Ahead of the 50th anniversary of the Kick Hi, marking 5 decades of iconic footwear design rooted in UK music culture, we’re dedicated to helping support the spaces and STOMPING GROUNDS that fuel creativity, cultural community and self-expressive style. For the first instalment of the series we teamed up with London’s own Hak Baker, where we made some serious movements across the capital. We pulled up outside Brixton station for a secret street set, headlined by Hak, with some help from Good Wealth Good Health and Driia before heading to a sold out Pound in a Pint after party at the Windmill in Brixton where Signature Brew launched their partnership with Hak on his own Reef House Lager.
