The Tovni T-Bar, what's to love? First things first, they're made in black patent leather with a sporty lightweight sole. They're REALLY comfortable thanks to the cushioned collar and if that wasn't enough, they've got an easy to fasten hook and loop strap so those last few minutes to get them out the door is made super quick.

customerservice was no help the shoes them selves are made very poorly probably why it was on ofer to beginwith they desroyed y daughters feet they practcly fell to bits AVOID buying these shoes dont fall for how cheap they are

Good customer servic...
Good customer service when I'd had faults with previous shoes and they were refunded promptly to enable me to purchase another pair. Quality of the shoes, particularly stitching seems reduced - they're school shoes so need to be high quality. My child isn't particularly heavy on shoes either. Not happened with other brands.
