I ordered a pair of shoes and went off you size guide they were huge. I ordered the size 28 and received a size 29 in a 28 box. Ended up sending back and had to go shopping the day before my daughter started school. Massive inconvenience

The parcel was left out in the rain Box was completely soaked I ordered on the 17th of August and still have no school shoes for school I have re order led same shoes from John Lewis for a quicker turnaround
