1I am familiar with kickers company I've been shopping with them now for years, early this month September I've decided to purchase a school shoe for my daughter online from kicker, the package was fine however when I open the box the shoes looks like a reject shoes, there has no tag on it, the right foot the stitching on the front of it was lean it was a T Bar shoe and also the loop on the front one big than the other. I was disappointed my daughter was in tears she was looking forward to wear shoes back to school, however I rang up customer services and we sorted it out an ordered a different style. I haven't received it yet but I am hopping that it is better than the one before. I have bought shoes from kickers before for my son and I didn't have this experience before. I am not going to make one bad experience put me off. However the manufacturer need to pay a closer look with what's going out to customer just to make sure that the Quality is up to standards. Thank you
