I have been wearing ...
I have been wearing Kickers since I lived in the UK. Now I relocated to Texas, and I have been ordering online since you started delivering to the USA. I have been struggling finding the correct size, because I bought first from Amazon and e-bay and I suspect they were knock offs . Finally I got to you. Latest order were Conffetti boot which I adore and I was waiting for new models. I saw the new Hi Kick Black and both my husband and I ordered. I did first and I ordered 7, then I immediately realized that they were a tad too big, due to my experience with Con ffetti boots. I sent an urget e-mail to customer service that told me nothing could be done at that stage, although not 10 minutes have been passed. They refused to change my order to 6.5 and told me I could always sent them back, which does not work for me as I told them clearly I am in Texas, I love your brand. Kickers are my favorite shoes, but given the way I was treated as an unvaluable customer for such a petty request, I am weary of ordering again. It's not exactly a cheap adventure and I might get better value for money elsewhere, where they can accommodate to a simple size change request. Honestly I don't think they were already shipped and on their way after 10 minutes. I have the e-mail to back my claim. So far shoes great, service is not. Brands lose clients due to service, not products.
