Good-looking shoe - reasonably comfortable - shoe laces poor - customer service not great

Generally pleased with shoe. Looks great, reasonably comfortable (so 4 stars) . But then down to three stars because laces lasted about 2 weeks before fraying and breaking. Asked Customer Service for a replacement pair but wouldn't send saying I had to send the whole shoe back just for a pair of replacement shoe laces! Seemed incapable of just taking shoe laces off another pair and just ending them to me. Not so good.
