
Occasionally we know you may want to return an item, so below are the instructions of how to do so.
First, you must have a unique Returns Authorisation Number.
To obtain this number call our Customer Services team on 0845 603 7151 (International +44 1254 277231) or email us at enquiries@kickers.co.uk We are open Monday to Friday between 8.30am and 5pm (excluding UK Bank Holidays).
You will have 14 days to obtain a Returns Authorisation Number and then a further 7 days to ensure the goods are returned to the warehouse. The complete returns process should take no longer than 21 days. Once you have obtained the number, write it along with your product return details in the Returns Form. Peel off the label and stick it on the parcel and post to us ASAP
Please put all items for return into the same parcel and ensure that you include the despatch note.
Refunds will be credited to your debit/credit card no later than 30 working days after we receive your returned goods.
Once you have the Returns Authority and the goods are packaged correctly, you can return the goods by post
Your parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us, so we recommend using Royal Mail Registered Post. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels that get lost on the way to us. You will need to pay for the postage of any items you return. If you are returning faulty or damaged goods, we will refund your postage costs.
