Delivery Information
Returns

Your order will be carefully packaged and despatched to you and delivered within the timeframe of the delivery option you have selected. You can track your order by contacting our Customer Service team

Once you have purchased from us, we want you to enjoy your products as quickly as possible. Our delivery services have been designed to offer the best service and flexibility while keeping our prices as low as possible.

All products purchased from the website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss for such products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. If you have received confirmation of shipping but your products have not arrived, please ensure that you have allowed sufficient time according to the estimated delivery times provided to you on your shipping confirmation email.

UK Standard Delivery at £3.95

(Includes UK Mainland, Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands but excluding Channel Islands)
Deliveries are Monday – Friday (excluding UK Bank Holidays)
We aim to have your products to you within five (5) working days or less.
A signature is required for all UK Mainland deliveries and any deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and Islands and Northern Ireland 2kg in weight and under

UK Express Delivery at £6.50

(Includes UK Mainland, Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands but excluding Channel Islands)

Deliveries are Monday – Saturday (excluding UK Bank Holidays)
Orders received before 1pm are shipped the same day for next day delivery (except Scottish Islands. Customers in these locations please allow two (2) days for delivery). All other orders will be despatched the next day, so we still aim to get your products to you within forty eight (48) hours (excluding Sundays and holidays).
If you need your items for the weekend, please ensure you place your order before 1pm on the Friday beforehand.
A signature is required for all UK Mainland deliveries.

European Union Delivery at £7.50

Deliveries are Monday – Friday
We aim to have your products to you within seven (7) working days or less.
Member States of the European Union (excluding United Kingdom) are:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden

International Delivery at £12.00

Deliveries are Monday – Friday
We aim to have your products to you within ten (10) working days or less.

Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. We are not responsible for any additional charges for customs clearance, and our customers must pay for these in full. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Custom policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information. Delivery times may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.
